I replaced the sensor again this morning, and once again getting readings now under 3.0, blood showing 6.7, another failure and expected customer service call tomorrow. Not had any replacements since the 2 plus replaced the libre 2, but 2 in less than 2 days????
I’m having similar problems - new to Libre and my first 2 sensors have failed prematurely. They appear to be fine on application, work fine for 7-9 days and then fail (stop being able to be scanned and then give the sensor ended message).

I just want to add (for balance), that Libre works really really well for me and in 4 years I had maybe one or two failures of the sensor and a few early on where I caught the sensor on clothing or inanimate objects and it got pulled loose. I've found the same.

My newly applied libre 2 keeps coming up with a signal loss error, no alarms available and it’s not recording without a scan. Has anyone come across this with a new sensor how did you resolve it.
