Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith will play against his hometown school when the Buckeyes meet Miami in a College Football Playoff quarterfinal.
On Saturday, Miami defeated Texas A&M in the College Football Playoff opening round, the Hurricanes' biggest win in more than 20 years. UM faces Ohio State on Dec. 31.
